Jewel Luxury Travel Terms and Conditions Summary
We at Jewel Luxury Travel act as an Agent for our Villa suppliers, we facilitate you , the client to book via our Partners under their terms & conditions agreement.
(1) Accommodation Contract
- The Lead party member must be 18+ and be responsible for all party members, and accept terms on their behalf,,
When you make a reservation you are required to enter all Guests names, date of birth and passport ID.to comply with the Countries government law.
The Contract exists upon receipt of Confirmation Invoice
Once you have had a confirmed booking you have agreed to rent at the dates and adhere to the policies The cancellation policy details are sent via email post booking,
(2) Travel Insurance
You Must have comprehensive travel insurance covering Covid-19, cancellations, medical expenses, etc.
- Liability: Its your Responsibility for any costs due to lack of insurance.
(3) Special Requests
Requests: are not guaranteed and this isn't a contract breach.
- Disabilities/Medical Conditions:Must inform the company at booking and update them if conditions change.
(4) Pricing
- We will take Payment on behalf of our Partners, deposit or full payment required at booking; full balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. We only accept card payment, unless otherwise discussed via email or message.
- Non payment can lead to booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
(4.1) Damage Cover & Security Deposits
- Every Villa & Apartment requires a damage deposit, sometimes incidents can arise, some of the Villas offer a damage waiver insurance of £7.50 per guest added at the time of booking avoiding the damage security deposit. An email will be sent if a deposit is required on Apartments in a complex.
You accept we act as an Agent for the host and we do not hold your Card details at time of booking, safety deposits if required to be paid at property if not paid a damage waiver.
(5) Occupancy and Villa Rules
- Only listed persons can use the villa;
(6) Accuracy
-Efforts are made to ensure accuracy, If you have to change it's your responsibility to let us know immediately, We
(7) Booking Changes
- Must be made in writing by the lead party member; changes may incur fees.
- **Close Changes:** Changes within 12 weeks of booking start date may be treated as cancellations.
(8) Booking Cancellations
- Only the lead party member can cancel the booking,
-Cancellation fees depend on the timing before departure, we will supply you with the Villa partners terms & conditions at the time of booking that is the agreement between you and the host not us.
(9) Changes or Cancellations by Company
-Changes: Major changes allow for refunds or alternatives; compensation may be offered.

(10) Complaints
- **Procedure:** Report issues immediately to the local representative or UK office for a resolution.
(11) Liability
- We have Liability Insurance to protect all parties from negligence, data breach and wrong doing will be highly investigated.
(12) Privacy Policy
- Data Management:Personal information managed according to privacy laws and company policy,
(13) Violation and Eviction
- Conduct:Unacceptable behaviour can lead to immediate eviction with no refund.
- You are responsible for covering any damage caused during the stay.
